1. Go to the event page you will be adding devices to.
E.g., if you need to allocate devices and aliases to the East Regionals 9th Grade Girls Event, you must first click on that event’s link (https://raceIOT.io/event/regionals-9th-girls)
2. Click on the Three Bars at the top of the screen
3. Click on Tools > Assign Device
4. You will be presented with the Assign Devices screen:
5. Enter your provided Manager ID and Pass Phrase and Selected Device ID (any of the available devices provided to you)
6. Click on the Add Device Section Header and you will be presented with the following view:
7. In the Bib/Plate Number (Alias) field type in an Alias We suggest that you use an abbreviation for your team (consistent three letter code for each of your team members; e.g., DOW for Downingtown) a dash (-) and the First Name and Last Initial of the team member. E.g., DOW - James M
8. Click on the Set Device button. This will show you an alert similar to this:
9. Your Team Member (e.g., DOW - James M) will now be displayed on the left of the event page:
